The Mitsubishi Electric Customer Call Center (MCCC) provides round the clock support to our customers. Whilst your product has been designed, engineered and maintained to ensure the highest levels of quality and service, our staff are always available to respond to any issues, questions or needs. To help us deal with your enquiry more efficiently, please quote your ‘project code’ which is displayed on the sticker within the cabin of an elevator or the bottom left deck of an escalator.
